Kuala Lumpur

After my rude shock of the morning Prema and I decided that we needed to pamper ourselves, so it was off to a beauty salon to have our nails done. We decided on a manicure and pedicure and settled down for a relaxing couple of hours. After so much exertion, we had to have lunch. We went to a great tapas bar and I got to have pate for the first time in ages. All washed down with a couple of glasses of wine.Nice.
We went to the town centre, to meet a mutual friend of ours from Singapore. Felix was in town to run part of the KL marathon, so we settled down to chat and catch up. It was really cool to see him, but we were a little sad that he couldn't party with us that night. We returned to our hotel to get ready for part 2 of the party weekend. We were both still full from lunch and so it was a relaxing couple of hours in our hotel room before Prema's friend picked us up and it was back to Zouk. We went with Bon and Sanjeev and as the night before, danced the night away. The hours really did seem to fly and before we knew it we were being kicked out. We went to a 24 cafe and I tried the local specialty tea, which is not nice. I am glad I tried, but never again. We fell into bed about 5am and slept late Sunday morning.
Sunday morning was a late start and very relaxed. We puttered around, got showered and packed up our things. We headed back to KLCC Surian shopping centre and had lunch. I decided to go to a classical concert and Prema and I said our goodbyes. I had had an awesome weekend and felt sad as I do not know when I will see her again. I hope it is not another 3 years, like last time.
The concert was excellent and I enjoyed it. I got back to the hotel, picked up my rucksack and headed to my hostel across town in Chow Kit. I was staying in the same place Betsy and I had stayed in our first night in KL. I checked into my dorm and had a quiet night in.
Now all I needed to do was to decide what I was going next, which was a bit of problem as I was not sure where I was going to go next.
